“Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Value Your Time and Sanity
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with White Store has been so frustrating, I feel compelled to warn others.
I placed an order over 10 days ago and have yet to receive my delivery. What’s worse is the complete lack of urgency or support from customer service. I’ve reached out multiple times and only received slow, vague, and unhelpful replies—if I got a response at all. No updates, no tracking info, no proper explanation. Just delays and indifference.
It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and then go silent, especially when the promised delivery timeframe has long passed. I expected better, especially from a store that presents itself as reputable.
