“Very pleased! The set is good solid quality, with no loose weaves. The chairs are a really comfortable ergonomic shape, which a lot of others we tried weren't. And the cushions are thick and fit the seats well. The table is pretty basic but sturdy, with a glass top and matches and fits nicely with the set.”

“I have resisited writing a review so far but now get emails from you asking for one so here goes....
I received my furniture set in an appaling state! the box it came in was falling apart. The delivery driver didnt want to know.
The ratten furniture was all bent and out of shape. So much so that I couldnt even get in the one chair as the arms were almost bent together. The table fell out of its box when I picked it up off the pallet. The table was also bent and only stood on 3 of its legs.
I asked for a refund and for the items to be collected. I was told what day they would collect it, not offered a day to suit myself as I work, I was also asked to pack it up. I had only the big box it arrived in and was in such a mess that it was not fit for purpose. It was eventually agreed that it could be collected up wrapped. where was I supposed to get a box big enough and also why should I!
The drivers who came to collect the 3 items decided that they couldn't take all the pieces as they were only instructed to collect one. After a bit of arguing and a few phone calls, they took the items away on 28/07/2025.
As yet I have not heard from your store and not had my refund!!”
