“It was delivered ok but as yet I have not erected or put the furniture together as where it is going is not finalised which I hope to do so before the summer is out.”
“I received this item in good time, with great communication throughout. However upon receipt, 2 cushions were missing and 2 of the screw holes which were part of the side panels of the table were misaligned/bent and therefore these would not accept the screws (no matter how many times we tried). I emailed straight away and received a response, however I have no update whatsoever a week after the response and no solution. I have emailed twice since and had no reply. So, as it stands we have a rather expensive product which can't be fully used. I'm disappointed to say the least. Hopeful someone will come back to me with a resolution before the summer is over. Not ideal and absolutely not the standard I would have expected.”

“High quality and comfortable furniture. Pleased with my purchase which has come at a great time given the continuation of our recent fine weather. The fire pit is great although the ignition switch doesn't work. Also the clips which hold together the L shaped sofa move which means that the two seating units become misaligned. I was also very disappointed to see a recent £300 reduction in the cost of the dining set given that I'd paid full price a couple of months ago.”
