“Took the day off to accept delivery, nothing. Rang the customer service number at 4.30pm to chase and they didn't call me back. Got a call from the courier the next day to say they were outside my house and I was at work, they wouldn't wait for me to drive home so again another failed delivery. You need to call your customers and tell them delivery will be late”
