“I own a Wexxex Festivo 4-valve compensation Euphonium. I bought it used. It's a fine instrument. Recently, I ordered 2 sets of valve guides. The purchasing procedure online was easy and reference numbers for models were easy to locate on the parts list. Shipping was fast. Communication was very good.”

“I play top of the range trumpet made by Schilke and prior to that I used a Vincent Bach Stradivarius. I can’t imagine that given the tolerance of the valves they would sent out valve guides with the advice ‘ you have to file them to get them to work’. Need to raise the bar a little I feel...”
