“This instrument has been my #1 pick for F tubas every year at TMEA for the last 3 years and the instrument I recieved has mostly lived up to my very high expectations. It plays beautifuly! Exactly how I expected. This instrument does seem to prefer shallower cup mouthpieces so keep that in mind if you are interested. I only have 2 minor gripes with mine that seem to be small manufacturing issues. #1. The threads on the valves are mid. It takes a bit of concentration to get them started. #2. I want my 1st valve slides to move freely like a trombone slide. This one does not. I'm hoping it will improve after breaking in more but right now it feels like the alignment is slightly off. Overall a 9/10 experience for me! You'd think this was a horn that costs 2X the price.”

“The sound quality and tuning is above my expectations. Only issue I have had is the bell seems a little thin and could bend easy.”

“Hello, it is an excellent tuba, but when the tuba arrived, I started to play and identified that the tone was very bad, then I looked at the valve, it was in the opposite position, in order to play I had to keep the valve pressed.”
