“Overall I am enjoying the instrument...it is a very easy blowing instrument...it is a very good looking instrument...it's my first silver plated instrument ...not used to the amount of cleaning required The only issue I am having is sticky valves....they seem to require allot of oil...the #1 value sticks/ sluggish...slow to rise....Hopefully the valves will wear in over time.”

It sounds like the valve needs cleaning before re-oiling. When new the valves require cleaning regularly to remove any running-in deposits.

“Love the Eb champion bass. Just got in in a week ago, Shipping to Hawaii was fairly quick and I can't wait to play it at some upcoming gigs. Intonation is solid, the included mouthpiece is very nice and overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Bass to anyone looking for a affordable and great playing instrument”
