“It plays beuatifully and sounds nearly identical to my full-sized euphonium. The rotary valves are, in fact, quite reliable. I do have two complaints, however. Firstly, the 5th partial, D, can be quite flat. Secondly, the instrument I recieved came with a thing attached that controls how far the tuning slide can be moved. This was rattling quite a bit for me, so I removed it. Other than these two issues, I am in love with this instrument and I look forward to playing it in an ensemble.”
