“First gig bag sent did not fit the Lucern tuba that it was ordered for. Wessex sent correct bag after much correspondence. Returning the wrong bag took months. The bag is poorly designed and continually wants to slip off the shoulders. The tuba valves face my back for the horn to fit in the bag. The only thing good about the bag is the price, however I would not recommend this bag to anyone.”

The warehouse is manned by humans which unfortunately do occasionally make mistakes. I hope the item was exchanged to what you required?
