“The clothing is ok, not always worth the asking price though - but in the sale its a fair price. The service though... utterly shocking for an international brand name! Ordered 3 times before finally the order was delivered on the 4th try. And the reason? They had none. Other than the warehouse had received my order, noted it was packaged, but somehow it hadn't made it to the postage pile of outgoing orders. THREE TIMES. And the worst part.... it takes 10 days to receive the refund from them. .... and no, they can't 're-send the order. You have to order it again and cross your fingers n hope for the best!”
