The detachable hood is fleece lined as is the collar so it feels warm and cosy. It is lightly wadded for warmth and has the option to adjust the waistband and the cuffs with poppers. It has two popper fastened side pockets and a drop-tail back with a zipped vent. Packed full of features and it looks great too everything you could want from this great Winter coat. “I have been looking at this coat for some time, deciding if it is warm and waterproof. After looking at other makes and reviews, I decided to buy this one. I have not been disappointed with my purchase. It is definitely waterproof and warm enough for me. It is a snug fit but I am on a lot of medication that has added weight, which I hope will steadily decrease, that said, I don't feel restricted but couldn't layer up... but that's just me at the moment. I would say its a standard 14 fit. The coat is practical rather than stylish. An inside pocket would have been a nice touch. Many women's coats don't have this really great addition, which is a shame. The zip seems a very sturdy, metal one and can be undone from the bottom for when you have to bend down without putting pressure through the zip. The hat can be removed, but this hat isn't huge like some of them, so I will probably keep it attached. All in all, I am very happy and feel I have made the right choice and I would recommend this coat.”

“A bargain purchase in the sale. I sized up as this is an overcoat for long dogwalks along an estuary so needs room for layers and I didn't need to as it is roomy. I really like the pockets, lining, detatchable fleece lined hood. It is waterproof (I have already been caught several times and the rain just beads and rolls off) and warm. A fantastic purchase, I am very pleased with it.”
