“I was disappointed when I opened the package......the bag is not a rich red at all....more a burgundy and looked very washed out and old.....I sent it back and am still waiting a refund”

“The bag was not red as shown in the photo! The logo was hanging off the front. I didn’t like the extra long zip that hung on the side of the bag, it looked badly finished. I returned the bag.”
