“Arrived smashed, in its box. No proper packaging. No “fragile “ label. Glasses x2 were just rattling around - this happened 4 times!!! Each time they were smashed. This was after I’d spoken to weird fish and emailed them!! They blamed their warehouse, whom, it appears, they have no control over. Extremely angry with this situation - what a total waste of their tankards! They clearly have money to waste. I was refunded after 4th attempt at delivery.”

“The item arrived with another tankard, in a large bag, rattling around. Smashed. No “fragile” label, no bubble wrap. This tankard and the other tankard was ordered 4 times and each time arrived smashed and packed in exactly the same way. Absolutely disgraceful - for the final try at re ordering I said I’d like a refund as well as replacements as I knew that they’d arrive smashed - and guess what? They did! Even the courier was shocked at the way each parcel had been packed. I received my refund the same day as my final try at another re order.”

“Poorly packed. Arrived broken had to ask for a replacement. Lucy was helpful in that respect but the tankard had no hope of arriving in one piece in the way it was packaged”
