“I love skirts with elastic waist bands and this one did not disappoint. Good fit, true to size with a lovely swishy flare, and my ideal length too, coming just mid knee and I'm 5'5". Unusual pattern but plenty of blues, green and white to tone with my variety of coloured tops.”
