“I recently bought a 5xl tee shirt, to say it was 5xl would be a travesty. I checked it against a 5xl tee shirt I had bought a few years ago, it was approx 30% smaller, it actually matched an older 3xl tee shirt, the comparison of the stitching and of the material was also noted, the material is allegedly cotton, I have never known cotton to be elastic, the current material is, the idea of a tee shirt is that it wears loosely not clingy, with having an old tee shirt I tested the stitching on the neck it could not be destroyed the modern 5xl was ripped easily as was the cotton the stitching came apart and the material although stitched ripped across the fold the rip was from the front of the tee shirt, not along the shoulder seams. All in all it is a sham to what the product was a few years ago, if you cannot replicate that standard I suggest you try your hands at pottery.”
