“Fitted perfectly, loved it but because Hermes lost my parcel, I then got a refund and later that day my parcel turned up. Your stupid company would not let me keep the goods and repay for them over the phone. They had to be returned. Absolutely ridiculous, very poor customer service!!!”

“Nice to have what looks like a quality hoodie but the zip doesn’t run evenly down the front, and the hood is too heavy as it tends to drag down and pull the front of the hoodie up into my neck. Overall, I think it’s over-priced for the quality.”
