“I bought 3 Ariana fleeces the same size in 3 different colourways, 2 of them fitted me (but were snug) and were identical measurements, this one was at least 5inches smaller around the chest making it 2 sizes smaller. I don't know if this is a mis-labelling that escaped quality control but I'm very disappointed as it's my favourite and they're sold out in all sizes that might fit me. When I went on the website to report it to customer services, live chat box popped up, I sent a message and got an automated reply that there was noone there to answer me out of hours but they'd get back to me asap...still waiting a week later.”

“This fleece is now a wardrobe favourite. Really warm, good length sleeves, fits well and looks great. I’ve now got an Ariana full zip and half-zip in two different colours and I’m set for winter!”
