“Product seems fine for the money but inadvertently I ordered two of the same item in quick succession due to the laggy website. I emailed immediately and called first thing the next day. However, there was a churlish response and no attempt to prevent dispatch which then needed to be returned at my time and expense. As the saying goes, “hell will freeze over”..”
