“Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the station to connect to the time signal. I purchased this station to replace a 20-year-old Oregon scientific model which although still working, only ever had the European signal as I purchased it in France! Despite trying the station in two separate locations, several miles apart and in every place in the house I could think of, I still fail to get it to connect and automatically update. We live in N Wales and I can't really see why I can't receive the signal as I understand it comes from the Midlands?”

“This is the second WS 9132 that I have been sent that is defective. It worked when it was first set up. But only for a day. Now the external temperature is no longer being registered on the monitor. I think that I have been sent yet another defective remote sensor. Does it not work when the external temperature drops below freezing? I am most dissatisfied with this product. And I want my money back. I don't want to have to parcel up and dispatch yet another WS. It is my impression that others have been experiencing problems with this product.”

“Weather Station keeps trying to rota between 3 temperature sensors despite setting the station to 1 channel. When the battery runs out you have to reset the region. Battery drains fairly quickly because it's always searching for satellite signal. Overall its frustrating to use and you need a magnifying glass to read the manual that came with it.”
