“I am happy with the Technoline WS9130 itself, which is working well. However, I accidently ordered two of them, due to the complexities of the online ordering process. I returned the unused unit in its original packing and you have sent a partial refund. I paid £36.90 for the unit and you refunded £27.95. I can understand you witholding a refund on the delivery cost, but it looks like you haven't refunded the VAT I paid. Can you explain?”
