“My old outdoor sensor failed and I was going to replace the whole indoor/outdoor thermometer - expensive given that it looked as if it was only available from the States with very high shipping costs. Until I came across this by chance I hadn't realised I could just get an outdoor sensor in the UK. It works perfectly and allows me to keep the existing indoor sensor which, unlike current versions, isn't plastered with logos and maker's names.”

“I am not sure how to ‘connect’ the sensor to my MA 10410. It’s possible the station is faulty. Can you help (i) with connection of the sensor, or (ii) how.to check whether the MA 10410 is at fault. Failing that, what would you recommend as a new weather station? BTW, the MA 10410 has given me great service over the years. John Crawford”
