“I had this weather station for about 6 months before the display started to malfunction and some of the filaments stopped working, making it unreadable. I contacted the customer service, who eventually arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately they first forgot to include the plug adapter with it, and then when I did receive it, it turned out the outdoor sensor would not pair with the main unit. I have not been able to get any further response from the customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing.”
