Received parcel in prompt time and in good condition. After reading the instructions, proceded to set up the external sensor, which was very easy. Placed in temporary position and then set about the first console, which again was relatively easy. After a couple of days, moved the sensor to its permanent position. Took a lot of care to ensure it was pointing correctly, using compass on my iPhone and ensured the bubble was central. Then set up the second console. Now the two consoles are in different rooms on ground floor, but puzzled why the wind speed and barometric pressures show different, as info being transmitted from the one sensor! I am still struggling to get wunderground to recognise its existance as shows offline - Work in Progress. I have to say the quality of the equipment is superior to my previous Youshiko kit. If I have a gripe it is the screen is smaller than expected and despite having brightness on full, it is difficult to read from a distance, unless the room is poorly lit.

Have managed to complete 2 out the 3 tests I am going to do with total success, expecting the 3rd test to be the same, so everything is going very well.

Weather shop were so helpful in sorting out m replacement temperature sensor, and their care and attention more than made up for inadequate instructions with the product.

I initially had problems configuring the Davis Datalogger. Jacquie and her colleagues worked her way through the issue until it was resolved. I very much appreciated the level of support.
