“As I said at the time I was appalled that neither Weather Link nor Davis Instruments gave me any warning that my subscription was about to expire. I was just presented with an inoperable website with some message inviting me to upgsde my subscription. This disgrsceful level of customer service should be reviewed and improved immediately. The fact that my subscription hsad not expired but merely needed to be reactivated just make the situation worse.”
