“Beautifully packed. Excellent staff help on the phone. Clear instructions enclosed. Helpful previous buyer mentioned the importance of turning off the old unit. Not sure how you do this. But I muddled through that bit. Hopefully this replacement unit will last 10+ years and probably outlive me. It is costly, but its so nice to have weather informatiopn on hand.”

“External weather parameters (Wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity etc.) were not received by the Davis Vantage Vue viewing console. A number of potential slutions were forwarded by the Weather Shop which did not rectify the problem, so the Integrated Sensor suite was sent back to the Weather Shop who examined the Sensor Suite and ascertained a replacement was required . As the unit was still within the 3 year guarantee period a new repalcement Sensor Suite was despatched to me free of charge. Well pleased with the attention and service received from the Weather Shop.”

“This is the second Vantage Vue weather station I have used. The first one lasted 14 years and was consistently accurate and reliable. Comparing it with the new one, the white plastic hadn't even faded and it is good to see that the design is exactly the same. It paired seemlessly with the original console and is working perfectly so far. The guys at the Weather Shop sent it very quickly and the price was very competitive. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the Weather Shop.”

“My original Sensor Suit lost it's transmitter, therefore no data was being sent to the display. The Weather Shop staff helped me diagnose the fault. Following their support I ordered a new Sensor Suit. The unit was quickly dispatched and well packed. Intallation was simple as it was a direct replacement. The new Sensor Suit was soon transmitting data to the display, so back up and running again. Great support from the weather shop staff”

“Bought to replace an older unit on which the anemometer had stopped working. Set up was simple and it connected instantly to my display unit. Considering these are exposed to the elements and receive no maintenance from me they perform very well. My last was 8yrs old when it stopped transmitting wind speed. Replacement electronics were available, but the cost didnt make sense. Heres hoping this one lasts just as long.”

“This was a replacement for a Davis sensor suite which has been up for over 10 years and had started to fail (anemometer bearings stiff, no humidity readings). It was easy to replace and worked right away with my Vantage view console after I had set the old one to a different number.”
