“Disappointed with this weather station. The indoor temperature display on the receiver is not accurate enough, it reads about 0.8 degrees too low as cross checked against a mercury thermometer that some years ago I had calibrated against the national standard (I was a Quality assurance Manager). I also cross checked it against two other weather stations that displayed the correct temperature. 0.8 degrees might not sound much unless you are using it to control your house temperature to 18 celsius. When on battery the unit turns itself off after a few seconds - did not notice a reference to this in the product description. Also it does not record the maximum and minimum temperature which i wanted - my error as the product info does not say it does this. Unit consigned to a cupboard.”

“Order no #60000603710 Ordered this as a Xmas present for my father. Emailed a query about its functions to the shop on 27.12.2022. No reply. Phoned a few days later, and somebody from support was going to get back to me, they never did. We are now having problems with the clock, it keeps changing times, apparently randomly. Will try and contact shop again, but don't hold out much hope. Not impressed!”
