“I've been sent numerous replacement parts for my weather station that has stopped working but I am still in the same position of the unit still not working. I have been in this position for a couple of months or so now. Please could I arrange for the unit and extras to be returned to you and I have a refund as I am not getting the use of a working weather station.”
