Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid! “I have now taken these vitamins for 3 months. My nails haven't improved but my hair is much stronger, even my hairdresser has commented on my hair being in good condition. But in myself I feel much better, I'm not as tired and feel like I have more energy. I've recommended them to friends and would recommend anyone who feels run down to give them a go.”
