“I get the multivitamins every 6 weeks which works out a lot cheaper then buying separately. I have to say that I have a lot more energy and my hair and nails are much stronger and grow quickly. I like that they arrive in a plastic free package too.”

“I have been taking the vitamins for a few years and I love them Hair , skin and nails are feeling and looking great and I have the energy to fuel my busy lifestyle ! I love love love the protein bars and have just had a free box with my loyalty points! I’m trialing the beauty ones now so far so good after a few days !”

“I have always been a little suspicious of the need for multivitamins - I always felt a good diet should be enough. However the effects of perimenopause meant I had to rethink this, particularly regarding hair loss and tiredness. I have to say that after three months or so I have noticed an improvement, although I do still need to take an iron supplement. I particularly like the recyclable packaging, the regularity of the delivery and they’re not too bad to take, either.”

“I wondered if this multi vitamin would work & then I noticed my brittle nails were changing. I now have strong nails & clearer skin. What I didn’t expect was the impact on my eye health. “Love these tablets!! I'm 52 and menopausal and was losing so much hair but since taking these tablets .. my hair is so much thicker. My skin is so soft and a lot plumper...and my lips seem a little bit plumper too. I have Acrylic nails so can't comment on how my nails are .”
