“I asked to cancel my subscription and you said, no problem. It hasn’t cancelled and I am just receiving copious amounts of boxes which I am not using. Not happy!!”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid!

Hi Marie. Thank you for your comments. It is important to remember we have made sure that not only are you receiving a high quality multivitamin, free from additives, fillers and nasty bulking agents, but we have carefully included each vitamin and mineral in its most bioavailable form, to ensure that your body utilises what you are putting inside it. Although you could purchase a cheaper standard multivitamin, you should look out for some of the added ingredients included in these products. For example, any added fillers or bulking agents like titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, magnesium oxide, talc, etc. These added bulking agents will prevent your body from absorbing the nutrients in full.
