“Been using these for 8 months now. Always had ferritin on the low side due to not eating meat. Ferritin is the highest it's been and I have so much energy!! I've always suffered with tiredness and fatigue due to iron levels and chronic conditions, but these are amazing! I haven't noticed any difference in my hair and nail growth, but if you are looking to improve your energy levels, I highly recommend!!”
