Hi Margaret, thanks for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear you did receive the benefits you were looking for. However, many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid.

“Don't know if that's the 2 nd or 3rd months pack I've just finished , if it's the second I'll give it another month . I it's the 3 rd well it's arrived so might as well finish another month to make sure if there helping me or not . So far I don't feel any different to what I was feeling before I started taking them , know difference in my hair skin or nails or my poor sleep pattern. I fell and broke my hip 18 months ago , which after a hip replacement it's left me with a permanent limp and the pain that goes with it . I have to put so much more effort into everything I do these days , I was hoping your multivitamins would mayby help me feel better in myself , especially my hair skin nails and hopefully sleep a bit better . So have I have allready said I will try another month to see if I do benifit from taking them , if not I will let you know about cancelling my order . Thank you , Beverly AKam”
