In regards to ingredients in Feel Menopause, it is specifically formulated to help with the symptoms of Menopause, whilst the Multivitamin contains ingredients for all round general health. “I would recommend for others but not sure they worked on me. Was hoping for more energy and stronger hair & nails. Perhaps I'm not absorbing the vitamins and nutrients well, so have decided to take care of my gut before trying again. Once my gut health has improved, I might give it another go.”

However, if you are looking to improve hair, skin and nails along with gut health, we have a product called Feel Beauty Probiotic+.
