“I have been taking the multi vitamin for a few years now , my hair and skin look and feel great and I do feel generally more energy I have the meal replacement once a day for breakfast Recently at work I’ve been having one for tea as I don’t have time for a proper meal with working long shifts And I can honestly say I’ve felt better the next day as well more motivated to actually do stuff where I would usually be exhausted after my long days !”
