“Iv not noticed a lot of difference in hair and nails ,I will keep taking them as suffering with anxiety it does help me to feel well, they are sent too quickly so now have a build up of tablets, you need to delay on the posting,”

“I am not a huge fan of taking tablets so love that you can empty this into a smoothie which I do every day and it doesn't ruin the taste at all. To know that I am having a huge variety of vitamins and minerals every day is a winner and supporting my body as best I can.”
