“I think that because of taking these vitamins whenever I have a blood test my results are positive. However my sleep pattern could be better and I desperately need help with my hair and nails but if I were to choose then I would have to cancel one of the two packages I have from you. “I have thyroid and hormonal problems and I started taking the multivitamin as my hair was falling out and very thin.. because of my condition it has taken a few months but now my hair is actually growing for the first time in a few years... I feel a lot better and have more energy now and less brain fog too”

“It's funny, im a guy in my early 40s and I had a compliment the other week @ how I didn't look my age! The Vitamins deffo play a role in me feeling and looking healthier. FYI, I take an extra tab after gym days, the boost is deffo noticeable!”

“It was ok my nail looks healthy and my hair so long quicky but I think is not enough vitamins for me because I have coughing this year 3 times now. And the delivery to early every month so now I have still 2 packs I did not manage to finish. No decided to change my vitamins.”
