“I haven't noticed anything spectacular, any more than I have with any other multivits I've taken in the past. I imagine bits ding me good inside, but as for so many 'magical' online products, these are overpriced.”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid. “Ok so I've been taking the multi vits for a while now and I do rate them highly. However I switched to the pregnancy multi vitamins as I am currently trying to conceive, but OMG the smell is sooo BAD like its super overpowering! I've no idea how I am going to be able to take them if I fall pregnant as the smell is going to make me vomit. I'm really sad because I do want to love them but the smell of them is honestly pungent like the worst smell ever. :(”

Hi Amy, thank you for the review. We're so pleased to hear you've been enjoying our Multivitamins. We're sorry to hear that you're finding the smell of the Pregnancy supplements overwhelming. To help alleviate this, you can open the pouch and place it in the fridge to cool, which will reduce the intensity of the odour. After this, store the product elsewhere in a cool, dry place, which should help keep the odour at a minimum. We hope this helps. - Cam

“I stated in the questionnaire that I suffered from headaches. After taking the first dose I woke up in the morning with a banging headache, so I thought OK must just have to hit used to them. Second dose same thing.......so after a week or 2 had another go but only took 1 tablet instead of the 2 stated, I was OK so I done the same for a few more days......on the 4th morning my head was pounding so severely I was being sick most of the morning and I had to take a day of work.”
