“I have been taking this vitamin for nearly two years following a period of chest infections, I have noticed im poorly less frequently and when I do get ill I am able to fight off the illness more quickly. I did notice a change in my energy levels at first however I feel this has stagnated now I have been on them a while. I do notice my hair is shiny and skin is much more clear and bright. I love the vitamins and if I had the spare income id definitely be trying others. I do have to be careful about taking too many different things due to my IBS.”
