“I tried these for the first time to help with being run down and struggling with fatigue after having COVID. I took them for three months or so and did feel that they made a difference in my energy levels and noticed that my hair and nails improved too. Feeling low in energy again this year, I tried some different multivitamins which I didn't feel were helping, so went back on the Feel multivitamins. Once again, my energy levels and nail health have improved.”
