“The lowest star is purely due to side effects I suffered taking these; obviously everyone’s body is different so they will work for others. For me they caused stomach pains and a strong pain in my left leg, both lasting a short while. I even took a break in between to check whether it would happen again, and it did. Sadly not for me, so have resorted to another well known brand which work better for me.”
