“So, an honest review from a 53 year old - I was on HRT gel and patches for 2 years following a cancer induced menopause. After 2 years the HRT wasn’t suiting me, and was advised to stop taking it, and in a blind panic I found Feel menopause supplements online and decided to take these instead. I’ve had no menopause symptoms return since starting these over a year ago…. Could this be a coincidence? I don’t want to stop these to find out so, today I feel great, and I can honestly say the list pre HRT was comprehensive, from achy joints to low moods, and everything in between. I feel as balanced as I was on the HRT treatment… although the HRT patches and gel were free! I feel this is my way on taking back control in a more natural way 53 and feeling fab x”

“I have been taking Feel Menopause for at least 6 months now (I'm just over 53). Not sure if it's actually doing anything to be honest. My hot flushes, night sweats etc seem to come in 4 monthly cycles. When I'm having them, they might be slightly reduced, but not noticeably. When I'm in a cycle of hot flushes I don't drink alcohol and reduce caffeine intake etc and that helps a little. When they dissipate for a few months it's great, but think it's more to do with what my body is doing internally and can't say if it's the supplements helping. I have been taking them constantly twice a day . Not sure whether to carry on with them if I'm honest.”
