“I am sleeping better and my mood has lifted. Hair and nails are improved. I still have achy joints , brain fog and hot flushes. I take 2 tablets with my evening meal. I find the tablets smell horribly when I’m towards the end of the packet. Should I keep them in the fridge?”

We recommend taking Feel Menopause for at least 3 months as the botanicals can take slightly longer to be utilised by the body. You can keep these in the fridge for sure! If you are having issues with your joints, our Feel Joints compliment Feel Menopause very well. This formula is enhanced with key botanicals for joint support, as well as Vitamins C and D for comprehensive bone health and cartilage function. With our Feel Menopause you can open these up and sprinkle them onto food or into water if you're finding the capsules too big.
