“10 days ago I stopped my subscription after 8 months as “they weren’t doing anything and I was still having 1 or 2 hot flushes a day”. I hurriedly reinstated it after the return of incessant headache, every ligament feeling on fire, 5 to 8 volcanic hot flushes a day combined with absolute exhaustion, nausea, chills and vertigo when upright. Only 2 days back on them (had some left from last pack)and still feel rough but waves of relief are setting in again. Feel menopause - highly recommended if, like me, you can’t take HRT.”

“Was advised by the company to give this supplement 3 months to take effect. I am a post menopausal women with bad hot flushes & night sweats. I am now into my 3 pack half way through this. Unfortunately I am still symptomatic.”

To help alleviate this, you can open the pouch and place it in the fridge to cool, which will reduce the intensity of the odour. After this, store the product elsewhere in a cool, dry place, which should help keep the odour at a minimum. We hope this helps. Thanks. Cam

“I had been taking HRT for a couple of years and had to come off it been taking feel menopause since January 3 months in and I can honestly say I feel good.”
