“Didnt work for me....at the moment I feel that menpause women are getting exploited by this sort of thing and we are spending alot if money just to feel normal and none of this actually works.”

“I tried this for 3 months and it had no effect in the slightest! Hot flushes all day - no change. Night sweats - no change. Very little sleep - no change. I would not recommend this as I have not experienced what others say they have, there's no reference point for me, sorry! UPDATE. I have now been generously offered to try another product FOC, but only if I revise or change my rating. I think I'll stick to my honest opinion (without prejudice). You can keep your free gift and I'll keep my integrity - thanks!”

“My main symptoms were hot flushes, waking me at night and appearing several times during the day, a sensation starting in my chest and quickly spreading throughout my body. I love my sleep but would wake several times during the night struggling to get back to sleep. And then there was the anxiety, all this with other less impactful symptoms alongside. I do not want to take HRT and saw the advert for Feel Menopause on Instagram so thought I'd try it. They have been amazing, the severe flushes and anxiety have significantly reduced, I sleep very well, (except when my husband snores!) and I just feel generally better and brighter. So glad I found this and hopeful that the benefits continue.”

“Absolutely delighted and quite amazed with this product, I’ve been taking them for a good few months and my hot flushes are now quite rare and my brain fog is a lot less. Definitely getting the old me back!”

Hi Jacquie, thank you for rating our Feel Menopause. The product contains L-Selenomethionine, an organic form of Selenium that contains Methionine. Methionine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that can have an unpleasant smell (especially at warmer temperatures), but this is a natural characteristic of the ingredient and does not impact its usability/ quality. To help alleviate this, you can open the pouch and place it in the fridge to cool, which will reduce the intensity of the odor. After this, store the product elsewhere in a cool, dry place, which should help keep the odor at a minimum. Hope this helps with your concern. Rushali
