“I am just about to start my 3rd month & although it hasn’t stopped my symptoms completely I feel they have taken the edge off. I intend to give them another 3 months at least then I will see how I’m feeling then”

“Tried these for two months and despite all the other reviews saying how quick they worked for them , they did nothing for my symtoms. Still had sweats and tiredness. Disappointed.”

“I’ve taken them for just over 2 months now after stopping hrt which didn’t really suit me.the hot flushes have subsided a lot and only getting once in awhile.i feel a lot better now and recommend trying them as you never know they may suit”
