“I started these about 3 months ago now and I have noticed a huge improvement in not only my mental health but also my physical health. I feel much more energised, my mood much more regulated, no hot flushes like I had before and my skin is so much better. I really do think it’s down to taking these tablets . Personally, it has been a life saver. Thank you ☺️ !”
