“So far my hot flushes have been kept at bay after stopping HRT and taking these tablets as a more herbal alternative - I feel 1 month is not long enough to tell if they will continue to be suitable enough long term but I will take them for another 2 months and review at the time again and feedback. Thank you”

“Feel menopause are definitely working for me. I have stopped taking them twice and within 2 weeks I start having hot flushes through out the day and night again, skin thins again on fingers causeing little cuts. Hair Is thicker too.”
