“Since I started taking these tablets, I have noticed quite a few changes. I definitely don't feel as hot and my night sweats have virtually stopped. I have also noticed better skin, less irritability and just an overall better sense of calm. “Been on these now for a couple of months and noticed a huge difference hot flushes & sleep and joint pain. A massive improvement on my headaches too as I’m a chronic migraine sufferer , definitely sticking with these as HRT did not agree with me”

“I was experiencing anxiety which was holding me back at work and affecting my sleep and general wellbeing. “Love these capsules! I wanted to use an alternative to normal prescribed HRT and I’m glad I did. There are so many alternatives in the market for perimenopause and menopause. After a lot of research I decided to use these. I felt benefits after only 3 weeks….less hot flushes, less headaches, less itchiness. After 3 months the itchiness went away as well as the headaches. The hot flushes were down to around 1 a week. Fast forward a year and my brain fog has improved and I rarely get hot flushes now, no more scratching and less aching. I started to eat healthier too which I’m sure has made a difference along with the capsules. I’m much happier than I was a year ago.”

“2 months ago, I had to come off my HRT due to A medical complication. I was so anxious at even the thought of my symptoms edging they're way back. I was recommended this by a friend who also happens to be a nurse. I started taking them as soon as I had stopped my HRT. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised how well I feel and look. I take a collagen supplement shot too, but another brand. So I am now thinking about trying the FEEL collagen.”
