“I’ve been using the menopause supplements for 3 months now and have seen reduction in night sweats and increased energy levels. It takes the edge of pre- menopausal symptoms but doesn’t make them go away. If you don’t like the idea of taking HRT especially at the early stage then this is a good alternative to try.”

“I recommend these supplements - not sure how much worse my symptoms would be if I stopped taking them but I notice if I miss a day. I take these alongside the multivitamin, beauty and omega - I think Feel vitamins are really good quality and worth paying more for. No menopause supplement makes all symptoms disappear and works miracles but these have more known effective ingredients than most bothers I’ve looked at or tried. I’d say if in doubt, give them a try for sure!”

“These supplements have made a big difference to me. I decided to stop using the HRT patches I had been prescribed as the side effects were not good! The weight gain and pain in my legs keeping me awake at night. Within 2 weeks of stopping the HRT and taking FEEL Menopause the pains had stopped and I was sleeping better. I have been doing yoga and pilates and eating healthier and I have lost most of the weight I had gained in 5 months.”
