“On first taking my feel menopause I began to notice that my hot flushes were getting less within about 3 days . From week 2 I didn’t experience any at all and was feeling like my old self again. I know that they work as I delayed my order for 1 week and I didn’t have enough to carry me through. On a break of only 2 days, my sweats had returned and I wasn’t sleeping again. All back to normal after the next few days of taking them again.”
